Happy Friday! (and more Thickers!)

I made this card for my best friend, who just recently had her second little girl. I was finally able to go see them yesterday (bad cold), and gave her the card, so I can share it with you now! I got my inspiration from the graduation card in the SS08 catalog, and went from there. Not typical baby girl colors, but I like it anyway. They'll get enough pink anyway! Details: I used my circle cutter for the largest sahara sand circle and adhered a 1-3/8" lavender lace circle to the center. I punched out a 1" soft sky circle, cut it down, and attached the "c" thicker to it. It was then adhered with a dimensional to a 1-1/4" sahara hand circle that I pierced around the edge. It was then layered on the lavender lace circle. I attempted to use my stamp-a-ma-jig to line up my letters and words, and they STILL came out crooked! But hey, it was really late when I was working on it. I punched several lavender flowers with the Three For You punch box, attached them across the top, and added dew drops as a finishing touch.
Supplies:
stamps - All In a Row, EFP, Rough Edges alpha
paper - sahara sand, ww, lavender lace, soft sky, olive dsp
ink - lavender lace, white craft
acc - Three For You Punch Box, dew drops (Robin's Nest), sky grosgrain, tab punch, circle cutter (CM), 1-1/4 & 1-3/8" circle punches, paper piercer, Thickers (American Crafts), SAMJ (well, kinda)
Have a great weekend!

I love this! Those Thickers are so cool and add so much to the card. The colors are perfect for a baby girl card, too. It is so refreshing to see colors other than pink! I love your style!
