I used the gorgeous set Nature of Friendship for this card. Couple details: I used a white gel pen to add a dot to the center of each small pink flower, CE covers all the red flowers, and the aqua mist butterflies are covered with spica clear glitter pen. I made my own background with the long piece from the set.
