This card is going in my anniversary/wedding card stash. I really like how it turned out! I envisioned a similar card in my head, with different colors, so maybe I'll try that next.

To make the "ruffled" paper edge, I took a strip of paper (1 x 11") and scored at 1, 2, 2-1/2, 3-1/2, 4, 5, 5-1/2 inches, etc. This gave me the 1/2" pleat you see here. Hope that makes sense. The whole main panel is popped up on dimensionals.
Thanks for popping in today!
Supplies:stamps - Tea Time Toile (Unity), Mega Mixed Messages (PTI)paper - melon berry, baja, chocink - rust, chocacc - olive gg, dimensionals, oval punch
