Long time no see, friends! It's snowing here (again, still), and I wish I was back in Myrtle Beach, where we went to visit my snowbird in-laws last week. It wasn't that warm (50's), but at least there wasn't any snow!
So, you *may* have noticed that I haven't posted in a pretty long time, lol! My mojo took a double whammy the last two months or so:
1. Hubby's job which was 100% commission based was more unstable than ever in the 3-1/2 years he's been working it. So the stress of that has been lifted as he started a new job this week, and it has a salary, woohoo!
2. I found out the beginning of December that I am pregnant with our second child, and I have been SO SICK since then. I lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks. This has been kicking my rear end because I am hardly ever sick normally, and I wasn't sick for a second the first time around. I have been feeling better the last week or so, but it still comes around occasionally. My due date is August 8.
So I think I am on the way back to stamping and posting more regularly, but I'm not making any promises. I actually have a few things that really do need to get stamped, some birthday cards especially. When I am trying to get back into the swing of things, I always start by case-ing a card. This one is cased from Dawn McVey -->
here<--. If you've read my blog for any length of time, you will know that I am NOT a technique kinda girl. So I improvised, and I like how it turned out!
Thanks for stopping by!
