I made a Christmas card with this week's MFTWSC, #143.
I used some fun bright colors for the stocking and accents.

MFT WSC #142

The weeks are flying by, my friends.  Here we are at MFTWSC #142.

The sketch showed use of peekaboo dies, but I don't have any so I made my own.  I cut out the row of stars then adhered the negative portions to my card base, then glued the centers back in.
It wasn't as crazy as I first thought it might be :).

MFT WSC #141

Here is this week's MFTWSC#141.
I cut and rolled a bunch of roses in different sizes and colors (those dark blobs are the smallest rolled rose, in royal velvet cardstock). Not black roses :)
I angled my embossing folder on only a portion of the white panel just for something different, then added the notch and arrow strip.

Reverse Confetti SFYTT

I've been following Reverse Confetti since they debuted a few months ago, but don't have any of their stamps yet. Yet.
From this month's sneaks, that will change!
Even though I don't have the stamps yet, I still decided to jump on the September SFYTT
I loved the tag element, and I dressed this one up a bit. I can't stop using this color combo, or a variation of it! Gray is my new kraft!!! And I used to dislike very much Calypso Coral, and now I can't get enough of it.  Crazy how that happens!
Thanks for stopping by.

This week's MFT WSC was daunting at first because of the pieces they had depicted in the sketch, but I figured out how to improvise and substitute!
To make the arrow elements, I cut one fishtail flag. Then I put the piece back in the die, but scooted it down some. I did that twice with varying lengths.
