Whimsy Stamps 12 Days of Christmas - Day 2

Hi friends, it's day 2 of Whimsy Stamps Twelve Days of Christmas, and I'm up!  I wanted to do something a little modern for my card today, and this is what I came up with:

I started by stamping black stripes (Basic Backgrounds and Borders) on a white base.  I set it aside while I die cut the large word Merry die from green cardstock twice, stacked them up, and stamped the words from Christmas Backgrounds on it.  I stamped the rest of the sentiment (Christmas Greetings) on a white panel, and glued on the "Merry".  I stamped a tree (Oh, Christmas Tree ) on scrap paper, cut it out, popped it up on my main panel, and added some red enamel dots.  I tied silver cording on it before adhering my main panel and a black cardstock strip on my striped base.

I used the beautiful Fall Florals for this Christmas card.  Since the weather has been unseasonably warm, I made a warm weather Christmas card!

Happy Christmas

For my Whimsy Stamps card this week, I started by stamping snowflakes from Christmas Backgrounds on a blue base.  I took a white panel, stamped off different colored circles (Circles Circles Circles) and stamped full-strength snowflakes on them (Sparkle & Shine). I added two little card stock strips and a white twine bow to finish it.

Christmas Greenery

I started by stamping the snowfall strip from Christmas Backgrounds on a kraft base.  I then cut a white panel, angled it, and stamped the pinecones, branches, and sentiment (all from Christmas Greetings) on it.  I tied some gold cord around it, adhered it to the base, and added a thin dark brown strip.
